Treat yourself to a fun exploration of creating art with polymer clay. Artist Lisa Gould will teach tips and tricks on how to work with polymer clay to promote artful wellness. Participants will earn 0.3 CEUs while making a pair of earrings using their choice of 3 shapes. You will cut your earrings out, bake, assemble, and attach them to hardware. Get as creative as you like, while we use art therapy skills to learn to destress. Art therapy uses the process of creating to minimize anxiety and combat negative moods. Creating something can be gratifying and bring peace and mindfulness.
